ClipsNCuts Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ClipsNCuts mobile app and website (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Independent product
ClipsNCuts is an independent deal-discovery app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Great Clips, Inc. Great Clips® is a trademark of its respective owner.
2. What the app does — and does not do
ClipsNCuts helps you find publicly available Great Clips offers that appear valid near a ZIP or city you provide, then links you to the official Great Clips offer page to redeem.
- We do not create, generate, or modify coupons or promotions.
- We do not sell haircuts, book appointments, or operate salons.
- Offer details can change or expire. Always confirm price, location eligibility, and terms with the official offer page and your local salon before redeeming.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission. The Service is intended for use in the United States.
4. Subscriptions and billing
ClipsNCuts requires a subscription (or a free trial, when offered) to unlock the app. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play account. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
- Manage or cancel anytime in those store settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
iOS purchases are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- Attempting to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the app
- Submitting abusive or unlawful feedback
- Using the Service to misrepresent affiliation with Great Clips or any salon
6. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” Deal listings come from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to a given salon. We do not warrant that any offer will be honored. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipsNCuts and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost savings from an offer that is expired, geographically restricted, or declined by a salon. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (if any).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
